As Christians we are called to make disciples, it was the main thing that Jesus asked of us

19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
We can find this area of the Christian faith, talking to people about Jesus and making disciples quite hard, impossible even. We leave it to the "Proper" evangelists who have the unique gift, we let them do the "talk" and we can sit back and get busy with other Church things.
